How to start Ford Bronco with a dead key fob battery

In this video, one of our locksmiths had to program new key fobs for 2024 Ford Bronco.

The 2024 key fob is the same key fob as 2021,2022,2023 and 2025 so this video is basically relevant for all these models.

We asked him to show you how to start your Bronco in case you have a dead battery and cant start the car.

As you can see in the video, follow these steps to start the car:

1. Locate the wireless charger mat, located right under the radio. Its also near the USB charger.
2. Remove the mat and find the designated slot for the key fob. This slot is where you should put your new key fob you want to program as well as the slot to start your car manually in case your key fob battery died.
3. After you placed the key fob in the slot, foot on the brake, and push the “Start” button.
