How to start Ford Expedition with a dead key fob

In this video one of our affiliated locksmiths had to program new key fobs for a 2020 Ford Expedition because the customer lost all his keys.

We asked him to make a short video of how to start your Ford Expedition in case your key fob battery is dead and the car wont start.

As you can see in the video, the cup holder is where you should put the key so the car can read the chip from the key manually.

Now, in this specific video we worked on a 2020 Expedition but its important to remember that you can use this method for other Expedition models.

Once you get your car going, we highly recommend replacing your key fob battery.
