In this job, we had a situation where the ignition of the customer won’t turn. This is a common problem with many Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and more models.

The reason is usually a broken wafer inside the ignition, as it was in this case as well.

The locksmith, therefore, had to take out the ignition and replace it with a new one and a new key, which he rekeyed to the customer’s old key so it would be the same key as it used to be.
